This was a project that was started at Lehigh University. I was accepted into a fellowship program for the summer of 2017. Our project was focused on informing people about how their social media algorithms control information and what "see" for news.  You can visit the website here: polytics.me

Me and another developer worked on the functionality of the website. We wanted people to login to Facebook and then our website would pull information from their Facebook account and display what news organizations they "liked" in a graphical format. This graph demonstrates the amount of news sources I like and where they fall between the spectrum of very liberal to very conservative.

On this page, we wanted to have a recommendation page where we will have a list of suggested news sources that people should go to. We comprised this through pew data research and found that most of the credible journalists and population show less biases for these news sources.
